With a blog even briefer than Scientology's popularity (well, did you want to subscribe to the same religion as Tom Cruise?) today's post is designed for only one announcement - 30th October is confirmed, ladies and gentlemen please buy your hats.
I've received an email from Meldrum House confirming the booking so any trepidation about the reliability of an almost pre-pubescent wedding coordinator has now passed.
Now for the fun part - organising everything. Much of my day today has been searching for a band to play at the reception. Do you know how much they cost? Do you have any idea how far out our original estimate of £500 was? Scary. Rather interestingly, however, I discovered that we could book "The Macdonald Brothers" from television's "The X Factor" for £1950. Utterly irrelevant but there you go.
**Useless fact of the day - Jane seems to have lost interest in blogging already. Come on Jane!!**
